Directions from I65 or the Huntsville area: Take US-72 (All-2, Lee Hwy.) west for 60 miles to Florence. Pass the Jack's Restaurant and at the next intersection (Dr. Hicks Blvd.) stay in the right-hand lane and go straight into downtown Florence. There will be a big green highway sign above the intersection that says Downtown Florence. At that point, the road becomes Tennessee Street. You will go several blocks and turn right at Wood Avenue or Seminary Street, both of which border Wilson Park. Wilson Park is three blocks up from Tennessee Street. The streets surrounding the park will be blocked off to traffic so just park anywhere available.
